canvases to use, decks on organizational development process
I started making these canvases for myself to use to lead teams, or to give to other managers who needed something on the spot. During the Covid Pandemic this work became urgent as I helped a number of teams go virtual. Now there’s over 20 canvases covering setting up the team, values, vision, purpose and ways of working. They have been used by both new and seasoned managers who want to intentionally build the foundations for trust and psychological safety.
These canvases offer a way to build collaboration into the team and make your thinking visible, creating robust mental models of not just what you do but how you think.
I wanted consolidate my work of the last few years, make and share these canvases as an open source resource. Let me know what you think!
